1. No-Bake Peanut Butter Bars
These delectable peanut butter bars are like Reese’s Cups. Only, they are squarer, more indulgent, and pack more of a peanut butter punch.
These bars are every chocolate and peanut butter lover’s dream come true.
And they are so easy to make, too! You only need five simple ingredients and less than 30 minutes to prepare them.
Serve them chilled so they are a cold and creamy summer treat.
2. No-Bake Turtle Dream Bars
These luscious Turtle Dream bars are layer upon layer of pure decadence. You start with a crumbly, buttery Oreo crust.
Then, add a cheesecake layer, a chocolate pudding layer, and a Cool Whip layer. But that’s not all!
You also add caramel, pecans, and extra chocolate sauce on top.
Every bite is a little taste of sugar-rush Heaven on your tongue.
3. No-Bake Chocolate Oat Bars
I do not know if chocolate oat bars are healthier than the previous options. But they contain three cups of oats, so I pretend they are.
But they are just as yummy, chocolatey, and sweet as the others. And isn’t that what you want in a dessert bar, anyway?
4. Healthier No-Bake Cookie Bars
Need something (that actually is) healthier than the over-the-top treats on this list? Try this recipe.
The cookie bars still have loads of flavor and will satisfy your sweet tooth.
But the ingredients are more natural and nutritious. They contain peanut butter, honey, milk, and oats.
And yes, chocoholics, they have chocolate chips, too.
5. No-Bake S’Mores Bars
S’mores bars are sugary, fluffy, chewy, and delicious. And best of all, you won’t need a campfire to make them! (Or an oven, either.)
They have all the fun and flavor of S’mores. But none of the inconvenience or heat.
6. Monster Cookie No-Bake Bars
Are you looking for a no-bake bar that even the Cookie Monster cannot resist? Try these monster cookie no-bake bars.
These M&M-studded delights are like the chocolate oat bars above. They combine chocolate, oats, peanut butter, vanilla extract, and more.
The primary difference is that these are chock-full of crunchy-shelled M&M’s.
They’re colorful and fun. And they have a unique texture that is crunchy and chewy by turns.
7. No-Bake Crispy Snickers Bars
Crispy Snickers bars are a true revelation. They feature the same great chocolate and nougat flavor as Snickers bars.
However, they also include two crispy Cocoa Pebbles layers. That gives them plenty of crunch.
They will remind you of a Snickers bar mixed with a Nestle Crunch. Only these are even crispier!
8. No-Bake Kit Kat Squares
Do you often find yourself with lots of leftover candy after Halloween?
Use it up by making no-bake Kit Kat squares. (You can swap out the Kit Kats for whatever candy you have most of.)
They require five ingredients, no baking, and only 15 minutes of hands-on time.
You can also make them gluten-free by using gluten-free cookies and candy.
9. No-Bake Lemon Bars
It is time to move away from the sweetness and chocolate for a minute. Only a minute!
These no-bake lemon bars are bright, tangy, and just sugary enough. Every bite is a perfect balance between sweet and tart.
And despite their lack of chocolate, they have a delightful, fudgy texture.
No-bake lemon bars are a vibrant dessert option perfect for summer. And they make a lovely addition to any brunch table.
10. No-Bake Cheesecake Bars
Cheesecake bars are another option for those who prefer sweet-n-tangy to purely sweet.
They taste just like a delicious cheesecake but are far easier to make.
This recipe is for plain cheesecake bars. But you can add some color and flavor by topping them with berries.
11. No-Bake Key Lime Bars
Any fan of key lime pie will appreciate these no-bake key lime bars. Every bite is light, creamy, and chill with a crumbly, coconut-infused crust.
These are sweet, tangy, tropical, and a little tart. Like the cheesecake bars above, they taste just like their pie counterparts.
Only- again- much easier to make.
12. No-Bake Blueberry Cheesecake Bars
These gorgeous blueberry cheesecake bars are sure to turn heads. (And tantalize taste buds!)
They are bright and tangy, with enough sweetness to satisfy your dessert cravings.
And the beautiful blueberry jam on top makes them look almost like a galaxy. Lovely and elegant, these are ideal for special occasions.
13. No-Bake Raspberry Cheesecake Bars
Do you prefer raspberries to blueberries? If so, these ruby red-topped bars are probably more your speed.
They feature a similar light, fruity, sweetly tart taste but are 100% raspberry.
14. Rice Krispie Treats
Most people do not think of Rice Krispie treats as “no-bake dessert bars.” But by every available measure, they fit the definition.
They require no baking (no-bake), are saccharine (dessert), and are square-shaped (bars).
Plus, I just really, really love Rice Krispie treats, so they made the list.
Crunchy, gooey, sweet, and delectable, Rice Krispie treats will always make my lists.
15. Peanut Butter Cornflake Bars
My aunt has made these bars every Christmas for as long as I can remember. And I’ve loved them for just as long.
This recipe tastes just like my aunt’s recipe. (Of course, they still aren’t as good because everything tastes better when someone else cooks it.)
But they are chewy and full of peanut butter goodness. And these are yummy enough to hold me over in the non-holiday months.
You can even top them with a layer of chocolate for extra deliciousness.
16. No-Bake Chocolate Cherry Bars
What comes to mind when you think of things that pair with chocolate? Maybe you said peanut butter, mint, strawberries, or even pretzels.
Most people do not jump straight to cherries. And honestly, that is wild to me. Cherries and chocolate are one of my all-time favorite combinations.
(Thanks, Black Forest Cake!)
These chocolate cherry bars taste a little like Black Forest Cake, actually.
Only no-bake chocolate cherry bars are lighter, fruitier, and somewhat tangier. They are still insanely decadent, though.
17. Orange Creamsicle Dream Bars
Are you an orange sherbet or Creamsicle kind of person? If so, you will love these Orange Creamsicle Dream bars.
They have that same sweet, tart, sherbet flavor.
Their texture is fabulous, too- crunchy on the bottom and creamy on top.
And you cannot beat their lovely orange appearance. In short, these are just all-around great dessert bars.
18. No-Bake Coconut Bars
These five-ingredient no-bake bars have a lot going for them!
First, the bars feature the rich flavors of chocolate and coconut. Second, they are super simple to make.
And third, these bars are 100% vegan-friendly and not too bad for you, either!
Each one features fewer than 200 calories and only 6 net carbs per serving.
Try them if you want a decadent but still guilt-free dessert.
19. Easy No-Bake Chocolate Fudge Bars
This is good, old-fashioned chocolate fudge, only cut into larger bars.
Make it with two simple ingredients: chocolate and peanut butter. But you can add nuts, coconut, or other optional add-ins.
If you like thick, fudgy, and indulgent dessert bars, these are for you.
20. Classic Nanaimo Bars
If you live outside Canada, you may not be familiar with Nanaimo bars.
They are chocolate and cream bars that are seriously delicious. The bars get their name from a Vancouver port city of the same name.
First sold on British Columbia ferries, Nanaimo bars took off. They gained widespread popularity throughout Canada.
Of course, you don’t have to move there to try them. Use this recipe to make your own instead.
They taste fantastic and will save you a ton of money on gas or airfare.
21. Cranberry Oat No-Bake Bars
Cranberry oat no-bake bars are vegan-friendly and gluten-free. Also, they feature Medjool dates instead of sugar or honey.
Each bar is rich, tangy, and salty, with notes of cinnamon. And, of course, cranberries.
These are ideal for when you want something sweet but not too sweet.
22. No-Bake Sweet n’ Salty Popcorn Bars
If you are anything like me, you are a big fan of sweet-n-salty snacks. These tasty bars flawlessly combine both.
They are sweet, crunchy, salty, and have some funky ingredients. (Popcorn, oats, peanut butter, chocolate, maple syrup, and more!)
Popcorn bars are like a decadent trail mix in dessert bar form.
23. No-Bake Peanut Butter Pretzel Bars
Here is another sweet-n-salty, smooth-n-crunchy dessert bar. These are like the peanut butter bars in #1 above.
Each one also features a crunchy, salty pretzel in its center.
There are also plenty of broken pretzels in the bars themselves. Have you ever tried Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups with Pretzels?
Then, you know what these taste like- wonderful!
24. No-Bake Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Bars
I love eating raw cookie dough, but many health professionals do not recommend it. (Something about food safety- bah!)
These soft, chewy chocolate chip cookie dough bars are an excellent alternative.
They taste and feel almost like biting into raw cookie dough. But luckily, there are no raw eggs in this recipe.
25. Healthy No-Bake Sugar Cookie Bars
Craving sugar cookies but want something a bit more guilt-free? Try these no-bake sugar cookie bars.
They taste and feel like iced sugar cookies, but they are much healthier.
First, they are low(ish) in calories (194 per bar). But these are also vegan- and paleo-friendly, low-carb, keto-friendly, and sugar- and dairy-free!
Who can say no to all of that? And who would want to even if they could?!
