- Grease the pan well, otherwise, you’ll have trouble taking the bread out.
- For easier clean-up, combine the ingredients in the loaf pan itself.
- Use a muffin tin to make individual servings. It bakes faster, too! This muffin-bread mash-up calls for only 20 to 30 minutes of baking.
- No self-rising flour? No problem! Just use all-purpose flour instead and add 4 ½ teaspoons of baking powder and a teaspoon of salt to the recipe.
